1

reciprocate, me to my mirror

encasing, glanced off

outwardly modern

culling dicks of finest pedigree slash/symboled

voided by design

midnight is clocked/clothed by the eraser lamp

there is an error in the syntax

I wish you’d sleep more bravely

As furnished as your stillborn face

our favorite image of defeated wealth

my table of pantomime cloth seized bare

wisp of hair, shadows nourished

double nooses, signature of whipscars

you cried the wrong tears

flimsy fabric rent by whispers

now

still of baby fall stalled muted last words

refract/crumble beneath me lowered

cherish my arbor skin while it still grows

my dim fortune expired

then/now i’m finished

2

idea soaked pawn siren

a devout gullist curtained

combing his shoddy desire

paused. entered. magic meal

paper mistakes repossessed

mired gallery walls

long shared fumbled nothings

cursive spine/ short hand

leanest baptism serpent birth

retaining only phantom tissue

last payments baker’s dozen

body tribute last haven

chewless.

quiet

Gordian throat

mummified

auctioned

bodily divorce

3

embrace then desecrate

garish offering

pillared preposterous smirk

dialogue to comatose

tranquilizer

young language

often leans

hail tusk ingrown

a

burdizzo elegance enamored

loss innocence doubted nightly

lips falsely billowing merely.

consuming laughter, guess

how

directed

hope

is not constructed

underneath

forget dire

bellmaker skirts the moon’s nape won’t cry
