In 2002, Annika received a BA degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. There she studied painting with a concentration in philosophy.

Since graduating, Annika has organized and curated a number of invitational group shows including the traveling group show Imagine Nation, which toured from New York to Atlanta.

Annika Connor is of Swedish American heritage. She has lived in Atlanta, rural North Carolina, Chicago, Barcelona, and London. Currently Annika resides in Manhattan, where she maintains an active studio.
