Julie Püttgen and JS van Buskirk are proud to announce the video transmogrification of their artists' book collaboration, "an Infinite Variety of Similar Things" (IVOST). In its original form, IVOST is composed of prose poems by JS paired with corresponding composite digital images. In its new video form, each poem is read aloud by JS over its paired image. There are 60 poem/image pairs in the work, organized into thematic groupings such as "Observations developed in solitude," and "Civilized Society and many of its shortcomings."
